How can I rave enough about this gem! Heather is a one of kind person! We stopped here after getting engaged and she was the best person to help us celebrate! She owns the small jewelry shop next door and she not only helped me get my brand new ring to fit for the weekend, but she brewed me a cup of ginger tea to calm my excited stomach! She was kind and personable and her products are amazing. We bought the Oaxacan coffee spice rub on her recommendation and it is absolutely delicious. Stop in and support this awesome business!

Fantastic little shop! We stopped in on our way to find a warm drink to warm up after a thunderstorm, and I was really impressed by the selection the shop had to offer. There is a spice room and a tea room, and while we didn't spend much time in the spice room, we wandered the tea room for a while. We finally settled on their Leelanau Cherry tea, and it's delicious. I'm looking forward to returning in the future to try more of their selection.

I have ordered their products online over the years but never been to the home of Great Lakes Tea and Spice. As we were passing through Glen Arbor on vacation I spotted this tiny little hole in the wall store claiming to be it and thought no way , but decided to stop and I 'm so glad I did. I was out of my favorite tea, Earl Grey Lavender. 54 dollars later and soulfully happy I am restocked and didn 't have to pay shipping! If you love tea, they have every kind you can think of. There are a few samples to be had, tea tools, rubs, spices. If you get by this lovely little town look them up. You 'll be glad you did!

Best assortment of teas and herbal drinks this side of Traverse City! Their Peninsula Red is a personal favorite.

This is the best tea I’ve ever had! The owners are incredibly friendly. While I don’t usually indulge, I do have high standards when it comes to my tea, and this place absolutely delivers. It’s definitely worth it!
