Contribuisci feedbackDunkin try being a customer of your store. The people you are paying to work for you should all be fired. If you can't find good staff become staff or close the store. The lack of professionalsm and poor customer requires a full makeover. Airport Administrator you should not let this store operate at the airport. Dunkin needs to go!
I believe this is the only Dunkin' Donuts in the airport. There were no other locations for DD available. It is a small store with limited options for donuts and Baskin-Robbins ice cream, not as many as those outside the airport.
The staff at this restaurant were very impolite and lacking professionalism. It was clear they were not in the best frame of mind at 6am. Additionally, they were unable to accept payment in cash or credit, which was not communicated until customers arrived after waiting in line for 30 minutes.
If I could give zero for this I would. Absolute worst service I have ever received. Waited for 10 minutes for her to call #55 and when I asked she lied to my face and said she called it and someone took it but I was literally 10ft from them the whole time. Stay away!!! Terrible doesnt even begin to describe my
4 girls working playing loud music rude customer service all standing around not working or acknowledging
