Employees in the deli department should be required to wear hair coverings and gloves at all times when handling the food. They should also take the time to clean the slicers when there becomes a build up of scraps, such as cheese and meat. They should be trained to listen to the customer and prepare the foods as asked. And stop giving the customer your attitude! Customer service needs to be more understanding and friendly. And the store needs to be cleaned a lot more.

I wanted a box of stuffing. I could not find one. I asked at the help desk. They didn 't even look up, just said aisle 13 That 's where I had just come from, but I tried again. Nothing even remotely close. I went back to the help desk. They were too busy to help me. I asked another employee. They waved me off. I asked a third employee. He said he had no clue. Then he walked around the store looking for someone to ask. The person he found was too busy having a conversation with their friend to help me. I asked two more employees after that, both just shrugged and wouldn 't help. So yeah, to summarize, I met basically the entire staff on a Monday afternoon, and not one of them could be bothered to help me even a little bit.

Seafood department says and advertises that it is open until 8 PM. I rushed to get there before 8 PM and I arrived at 7:54 and all the seafood was out of the display case and packed away. I asked the guy behind the counter if I could get 2 pounds of shrimp uncooked and he says I packed everything away and I said don't you close at 8 o'clock he says yes but I have to clean up. They should advertise they close at 7:30. The seafood department is the only reason I shop there. From now on I will be going to Arundel seafood. and I am also pulling my prescriptions out of the pharmacy and sending them back to Walgreens.

If you refuse to let customers in at 11:44pm despite your hours being listed as until 12 midnight, you need to update your hours to say you're closed at 11:44pm (or whenever you don't want people to go inside, needs to be updated as the closing time).
