I said hello loudly The sub artist had one AirPod in and didn’t look up say a word as she was making another order or bother to acknowledge my presence, she then motions to her coworker to assist as I was picking up an online order. She says you can check over there and points to a stand or online orders . The stand has my food on it and I grab it and remember that I ordered a drink , the guy scans the receipt and hands me a cup and shoos me away in an attempt to not answer anymore questions. When I got to my car the Philly cheesesteak was cold yet I wanted both sandwiches toasted also drenched in sauce even though I requested light sauce in the app . This location needs to be retrained or replaced because I will drive out of my way before returning again .
Ordered on the app. Food was ready quicker than quoted time. Everything was correct.
Poor customer service never eat at this subway. They want you to pay for food and make it how they want to and not how you asked when you are the paying customer. The manager will get very disrespectful with you when you ask him to fix the order correctly.
Went in this morning. Ordered a tuna sandwich and ask.for a cookie. Guy was talking on his phone and I never got my cookie when I looked in my bag. He was on a blue tooth. Never got my cookie I asked for.
Probably one of the cleanest and best service I've had from a Subway in quite a bit. The food was really fresh. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area check them out very nice people.
