Service is terrible specially person who wouldn’t give me his name or customer service contact after pressing, he later said “Chris” if he was telling the truth. I was simply trying to use the email coupon provided by corporate after completing a survey and he very rudely refused it. I received the survey after placing an online order and coupon was sent via email. Corporate needs to get this location in line.

I ordered at 8:35pm online , they close at 9pm. I was literally out front at 8:45-8:50pm. Soon as I pulled up they cancelled my order. Then I walked in and they said sorry we are closed. No y’all are not closed until 9PM! Not 8:30, not 8:45 and NOT 8:58 YALL CLOSE AT 9 PM! SMH I work in a food place as well I know exactly how it goes you accept every Order until the time you close at 9PM , y’all didn’t wanna do your job tonight and was being lazy. SMH plus I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant so I really feel a certain way!

Requested Pesto Chicken Sandwich to be heated well. Confirmed with cashier. Also, I don’t like to send food back. So once again confirmed with him to make sure food was hot WHILE ORDERING. Chicken came back luke warm and cheese wasn’t even melted. Threw it right in the bag, packed up, and walked out. Had to wait to get home to the air fryer. Don’t know about you, but prefer my chicken cooked and cooked thoroughly. Did the survey expressing my experience. Was contacted by a lady (Judy) and she explained my request couldn’t be done because of the type of oven. Ummmm actually it can and I’ve had my food in the oven at different locations longer to ensure it’s hot. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE, unless you want barely cooked chicken. Go right ahead. You’ve been warned.Update Feb 5, 2024. The owner, not sure if it’s the same lady (Judy) that contacted me after I submitted the survey, has tried to “make it right,” I appreciate it, but no thanks. Judy should have tried that before I publicly made the post about my experience!

Usually my favorite spot, don't know what happened today, the Smoothie was watery, tasteless and had clumps of peanut butter pieces in it. Went back again to date, this new guy, just do not know how to make smoothies, Period, the smoothie was tasteless. Won't be going bk , to this
