Hampton Inn Suites St. Louis-edwardsville

Room was small but clean, comfortable pillows and bed linen. The staff was OUTSTANDING. Breakfast was good. My children enjoyed the pool, and it was nice with a whirlpool you do not often see them at this price point. No complaints from me! We were 2 nights during a big snowstorm. We were very comfortable and the staff went out for us. Very happy.

Super close to 70, and outstanding staff! While leaving the hotel on a cross country trip I walked out with my wallet open, and several personal items fell out, including my vaccination card, pass card for work and Tammy Swanson Swanson library card from Halloween. I left without realizing and the employees collected all the items (including a one dollar bill they so easily could have kept) and mailed them all to me at my new address. This little act of kindness brought me to tears.

This hotel is only a few years old, and housekeeping keeps it perfect. Staff was very nice with suggestions of tourist sites, and giving customers the choice of a room with a view of the city, though distant and near-impossible to see in the rain. Overall one of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed in.

Our stay at the Hampton was excellent due to all staff. From the housekeeper bringing us pool towels in the morning knowing we didn’t have any, to the front desk agent, Dave. Dave went above and beyond with accommodating our requests, and making us feel comfortable here. We do not live far and just wanted a night out, now we know where to come next time. 2/27/2022

The room was clean and nice enough; the hotel overall was a little worn, marked up walls where people banged stuff into them and the carpet was a little worn, but all in all, I would recommend this Hampton. The breakfast was the usual Hampton, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc. A little disappointment was there was no fruit. We always try to stay with the Hilton chain and are rarely disappointed
