Me and my family had dinner at the American Cafe. I live close by to this restaurant and we have ate there other occasion. This time I was not to happy with the service that day. The waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there. We ate and payed the check. The next day I was going over my Acount and noticed that there was an extra charge on my account. I was surprised and disappointed. I didn't expect that to accrue in this restaurant. I called several time but I was not getting anywhere. I had to drive to the restaurant when I spoke to the manager it was the same person that charged me that day. They sounded like they where surprised but I didn't like that they took it on them self to run an additional transaction without my authority. I will not be going back to this restaurant and if anyone eats there please make sure you check your Acount after to make sure that they are not doing fraudulent transactions.
