Friday night walk ins. Three of us. Very friendly waitress. Good meal selection. Complimentary bowl of poppadoms and dips. They were a tad stale. Samosa and pakora to start. All good. Chicken Tikka and lamb Rogan Josh. The ratio of meat to sauce was very high. Tikka was a stand out. Succulent pieces of chicken in a spicy sauce. Beautiful to mix with plain rice.Service was excellent and prices very reasonable.They deserve to succeed. here.

First time here, staff were really friendly and courteous, above and beyond customer service with the Chef also coming to our table mid meal to check we were happy with our order and food. The food was great! We had the Barra Kabab (spicy lamb cutlets) really tasty and moorish, the Beef madras and chicken korma with side dishes. The garlic naan and roti were superb, overall an excellent experience and would defiantly be coming back.

This is a good, quaint little restaurant that serves North Indian cuisine. We tried the lemon rice and it was quite good, although the rice was a bit hard and could have been cooked a little longer.

The Indian takeaway food at this restaurant is fantastic. They use top quality ingredients and authentically spice their dishes, offering hot, medium, and mild options. Don't forget to try the garlic cheese naan, it's absolutely delicious. Chakor is known for good value for money (generous portions) and efficient, friendly five star service.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! My friends and I went there last night and had the banquet. The curries were full of flavor and well-spiced, not greasy at all. The kulfi and small donut at the end of the meal were the perfect way to finish off our dining experience. The staff are also very friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future.
