Eau De Vie - Glen Eira

Whenever I am in Melbourne, I make a point to regularly visit this restaurant. The food is rustic with a medium serving size and always offers a variety of specialties so you never get bored with the menu. The portions are smaller, perfect for sharing or trying multiple dishes. The owner, Dimitri, is incredibly friendly and hospitable, making sure guests have a memorable experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and rustic, creating a cozy dining environment. There is a large communal table in the middle for sharing. The cocktails are amazing, especially the espresso martini. Located in the heart of Prahran on Chapel Street, you have the option to sit outside and people-watch through the large foldable windows. It's a great spot to enjoy good food and drinks without a care in the world.

I absolutely adore the ambiance of this place- it has a cozy, vintage vibe with welcoming staff, incredible tapas, and the best cocktails! I highly recommend trying the espresso martini, and the service is always top-notch. I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend this bar/restaurant to anyone.

I would give this incredible speakeasy in downtown Melbourne a solid 5-star rating in every category. It easily rivals some of the top bars in the world.

First of and most important NOISE IS NOT MODERATE!!!! Totally deafening in the main bar, loud music played over noisy crowd.

The entrance is so easy to missIt's just a door without a sign in an alleyway.
