Mr Natural Vegetarian Pizza - Glen Eira

We were thrilled to try this place. service was good. we ordered two pizzas. they were both pretty bland and mushy. would not go back. updated by previous review on 2021-06-12 updated by previous review on 2021-06-14

I was in the mood for pizza and I really wanted to love this place. but it was just not a good experience. when we entered, we were not greeted whatever is, but when it came to make and serve the order, the customer service was terrible. I was very friendly and polite, but made to feel very unwilling as a stubborn. the participant did not look at us or spoke to us at all. I can't express how poor the service was, it's been a long time since I had so bad service at one. the garlic pizza was nice, but unfortunately the other pizzas had no taste at all. it was kind of like gland mush, without a spicy or strong aromen present. Maybe I ordered a bad taste. but when I tried my friend's pizza, it was the same. the whole place was really dirty, there were spinnwebs and grim in the bathroom, and the outside area was covered with dust and dirt. it is clear that this restaurant is not often cleaned if at all. I noticed a strange taste when drinking her water and saw that the bottom of the glass bottle was covered with a thick whisky-pink film. I do not like to leave such a review for a vegetarian restaurant, because I really appreciate what they do for animals. I really feel bad, but I'm just honest about my experience. I wouldn't be back to this food.

Very friendly owner. all pizzas are vegan and gluten-free available. many mock meat options.

You will never have starved. the bezayla is a must, but warn them... they will put on them all order! (not bad)

Look, I haven't been here for years but I'm going to give a positive review because these guys offered vegan options LONG before any other pizza place in the area and for that I am very grateful. Also, there is no meat on the premises which makes me very happy. I haven't been here in actual years, though, because these days I have vegan options closer to home (and therefore available for delivery) and it's not my favourite pizza. But it was good, at least when I used to get it. Not the best by today's standards, but nice.
