They have also nailed the socially distanced service but looking forward to getting back to sitting at the bench! <br/
Cool casual place with cute themed decor! We got toasties here takeaway and they were yum. The only thing that could be worked on was that they were a bit dry for our tastes... def will be back to try out burgers and shakes though.
I had a Minor Burger with a side of chips. I thought the burger was very good! The chips were ok but really really salty and in really small bits. Their house made tomato sauce was tasty.
I love the concept of this cool burger joint, specialising in old school style burgers. It's a small corner venue with a cool relaxed vibe, but there is very limited seating, so they do a lot of takeaways. We were able to score a table, so chose to dine in.<br/ <br/ Staff were extremely friendly, and our order came out really quickly. The burgers were awesome. Gorgeous, juicy patties and delicious, fresh buns with lots of oozy cheese, and plenty of fresh salad. I love the school tuck shop vibe and this really is the place to come for an authentic, traditional hamburger with a side of fun thrown in.
Tuck shop take away is my number one burger joint in Melbourne. Simple menu with simple burgers and have nailed it. The ratio from bun to meat to sauce is spot on! Their chips are unreal, super crunchy. I also really recommend to get the sweets aswell!
