Amazing cafe. Guilty of not coming earlier! Loved to coffee and atmosphere
My favourite coffee shop! Grrrreat coffee and service. Great food. A pity no WIFI.
I came here on Saturday for a 21st Birthday brunch with a few friends. Walking in, it had a buzzing atmosphere, most tables were filled. Its a very cosy caf.<br/ <br/ I ordered the Lamb Benny which was roasted lamb shoulder, spinach, hollandaise sauce, two poached eggs on multigrain, micro herbs and a balsamic glaze. I had a latte as well.<br/ <br/ The dish looked very elegant on the palate, the portion size wasnt massive but the meal did fill me up. The lamb was cooked perfectly, tender and it was very succulent. The poached eggs were also cooked well with a runny yolk. The bread was toasted and all of the flavours worked well together. I found that the hollandaise sauce was a little overpowering especially with how much they put on it. However, overall, I was pleased with my meal.<br/ <br/ Prices are standard for a caf and would recommend this place if youre a local or around the area.
A small little place close to Glenhuntly station. I had the egyptian dukkah toast and chai latte. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the chai latte (loose leaf) was one of the best I have had. A definite place to check out if you are in the vicinity for brunch.
