Dinning at Byrsa Bistro was such a nice experience. The host was very nice, and the atmosphere was astonishing.

Had an 8:00 reservation on a Saturday nightUpon arrival we were greeted by staff and seated immediately.

The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the reservations they found my party and found room for us. I was waiting by the door and when i went to sit on the couches there were two big piles of spit on the floor. The restaurant was fairly empty, but it took forever to order our first round of food. We were sent a new waitress and she was much nicer and more helpful.

Great menu. Lots to choose from. Service was top notch!
