The dining experience was fantastic! I can't wait to return!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for the first time on Sunday night, and we were really pleased with our choice. The service, presentation, and food were all five stars. We had the best veal Parmesan we've ever tasted. The restaurant is small, so I would recommend avoiding it on busy Friday or Saturday nights, as it might get crowded and a bit loud for a relaxing dining experience.

The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and the music was fantastic. I will definitely return!

While we do not enjoy our experience in this special night, I would recommend gg italian. the first time that we dined there was a great experience good eating, good service, etc. this expedition was however less than average. the bar offers seemed very distracted and uninterested at providing good service. they did not smile, did not react with the moats and did not extinguish used glasses from earlier mozen, unless they wanted it. I had mainly held up for a high tip, but when we went to get a place, they were sitting on a regular table. when I asked about my reservation especially for a high top, they said we could wait longer for one (what we chose to do) the waitress was great; very attentive and friendly. that was terrible. the chicken was overtaken and the risoto was cold. I don't complain often, but the manager came around and asked for feedback, so I thought it necessary to deliver the feedback. the manager did not offer a discount on any kind. becasue we had two very different experiences there, I would like to apply italian again to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves. we are happy to support the local economy, so I would like to give them the advantage of the doubt.

Nice place. We have been there a few times. Appetizer was very good. We had stuffed mushrooms. However, it came out cold which tells me it was sitting and may have been part of our server issue. We had a nice table after complaining where we were initially seated. Almost nothing angers me more, when there are numerous good tables that are empty, and establishments stick you at a small table in the worst available location. Instant ding in my rating of a place. In fairness, I see this practice in a lot of places. My advice to all, smarten up!!! I understand it more if you are really packed, but not because of your poorly planned server coverage. Our server was very nice but clearly was new or had no clue. She never checked with us after delivering the meal to see if we were ok. We needed things for our meal and I had to flag her down half way through dinner, while she stood at the front door star gazing. The place was not even busy. She also kept bringing us our check, but we wanted dessert, and we wanted a couple drinks after dessert, while we listened to the entertainer. She just never asked, and kept bringing it to us. Again, she was very polite, but needs training. Pricing is reasonable but slightly high for the amount of food. We did have some service issues this time but I do like the place and what they are trying to do with it. Please take this constructively as overall we like your establishment.
