Shoo-fly Soda Shop - Glen Rose

The food was cold and tasted like it got heated up in the microwave. The shakes were good thou the young girl behind the counter working was probably 11. They seem to have a lot of young young workers.

This is the best place to visit in Glen Rose, no doubt about it! We stop by almost every other week. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's very kid-friendly too! We absolutely love this restaurant!

A great place for sodas and ice cream. Great kids behind the counter. A fun place to shop for all sorts of merchandise. They have a great legacy candy shop and make hand made chocolates! The young man behind the counter that was the lead honestly looked like he stepped out of a 1950s movie! I told him he should be in theater, because of his dynamic looks that work so well on the stage. The ice cream preparation was superior. If you want yours in a cone, they make them fresh there! All the extras are available so you can be as decadent as you dare! Be sure to go to the town square and experience great pleasure.

The ice cream sodas were delicious and well worth the price! My girls got orange, Coke, and Dr. Pepper ice cream sodas and all were great. Lots of ice cream and silky whipped cream. Everyone was super friendly.

Shoo-Fly Soda Shop was a great field trip for our Endless Discoveries Mission: Impossible Summer Campers. What a great place to enjoy a cold, sweet treat on a summer day! All the stars for all of our smiles.
