I lived in Seoul for six months a few years ago, and since then I have eaten at a lot of Korean restaurants in Melbourne. Hinoak is by far my favourite! The innovative grill is fantastic, cooking the meat perfectly without the smoke or splatter. The jeon was crispy and a generous size, and the mandu full of flavour. The staff were attentive and supplied us with extra kimchi without us asking! #win! I love the look and the atmosphere. Thanks for a great night, we'll be back soon!

Great place. Food really good quality and clean. Cooked through a modern technique, making the experience and food better. Our waitress was great in explaining and talking to us about the new technique and any facts we may have wanted to know. All round great place. Will be back :
