Contribuisci feedbackThis subway restaurant was the slowest and most disorganized one I have ever been to. Despite having four staff members on duty, only two were actually making sandwiches. They refused to switch roles, resulting in one staff member standing around with nothing to do most of the time. The person working the register also seemed unproductive, waiting for the slow moving line to reach her without doing anything else. There was a lack of teamwork among the staff, as seen when two employees were serving one customer for a simple task like making a toastie. It took two staff members to apply sauce and cheese to one bread roll, which seemed excessive. There was also a lack of communication among the staff, leading to customers not being charged for extras. Additionally, the sandwiches had too many ingredients piled on, causing them to fall apart when eating and creating a mess. We ended up using around 20 napkins. The management of this restaurant needs to closely supervise their team in order to improve service. Many customers were left waiting for over 15 minutes just to be served.
I had a positive experience at this Subway location. The service was decent but a bit slow. They offer a wide selection of healthy vegetarian choices. I would definitely consider returning here in the future. They also have seating available for customers who prefer to dine in.
Best coffee in the neighbourhood with a bargain price to match. Great looking brand new store, clean, tide and modern.
This is a good Subway. Service was ok - a but slow. Lots of healthy vegetarian options. I would come back here for sure. You can eat-in at their sit-down tables.
Avoid. I ordered a vege wrap with no meat and within a few hours felt voilently ill and vomited up my entire lunch. Has turned me off subway forever!
