Shaahi Biryani - Glendale Heights

We had a family event at this restaurant, but were highly disappointed. We regret giving them our business as the owner was not very respectful or cooperative. Customer service training is much needed.

This restaurant is the worst ever, do not go there. They serve old and spoiled food. I have been to this place a few times because it is close to my house, but I regret it every time. I thought they would improve and serve fresh food, but each time I go there, I am served old and spoiled food. Specifically, the biryani is not tasty and has been disappointing every time I have tried it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We ordered butter chicken, mutton curry, chicken biryani, and goat biryani with naan. The food arrived on time and was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly, although I wish it had a bit more spice (I should have requested this when ordering). Excellent job, Young's!
