I don't like being screamed in a restaurant full of people without a ground.
Wow! Where do I begin. 20 mins to be seated, twice...first attempt was at the kiddy table. We made it to normal size table and for 25 more mins not one person said anything or made eye contact with us. I watched at 3 tables with guests were being serviced with drinks and orders taken. I finally gave up after seeing 2 more wait staff walk right by us. You have once again earned the grand title of CRAPPLEBEES once again.
If I could give no stars I would. I have been to this location a few times. My last visit 8/19 for a curbside was absolutely ludicrous. I waited for thirty minutes and then waited 45 for my daughter’s. They were ordered online, ahead of time. When I finally got home, my husband’s meal was missing items. I called the store and was assured the manager would call me back. That Did not happen. Will not order again.
After a long difficult work week, my wife and I went for drinks and dinner. Drinks were amazing. The dinner was awful. We ordered 2 Mexican chicken bowls and my wife took 3 bites and couldn’t finish. I had a little more, but couldn’t finish it. The guac tasted processed and felt like it was days old, very disgusting, the chicken/bowl tasted like shrimp. Told the waitress and she got the Manager. Manager was loud, got defensive and was uncaring. He took the bowls and asked if we wanted something else, at that point, we didn’t want anything else. Got our bill and was still charged for the bowls! Couldn’t believe it. So there’s either cross contamination happening or they put shrimp in our bowl, then realized it was supposed to be chicken and switched it to chicken. I’m glad we’re not allergic to shellfish, that would’ve been bad for Applebees. Health department will be notified. Just wished Applebee’s cared, not that many locations left.
The food was alright just slightly overcooked. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place because the rail for the small stairway was sticky as were some of the wood panels around our booth. It really just needs a deep cleaning to get the grime out. Other than that it's not a bad place.
