This place was super slow. Food was cold. Salad was OK. But then again I made it. Dude with the long hair and glasses is the only one in the store that didn't have his head up his rear. Give that guy a raise and put him in charge.
Not the employees fault, but they were short staffed and we ended up waiting forty minutes for 4 slices (2 for each person there in my party). Tables weren't cleaned (again, not employees fault, just short staffed at this location). I finally had to settle for a different kind of slices and we didn't want to wait any longer.
Why do I have to use DoorDash for delivery after all these years? How much are you really saving with this move? Is it worth it? At least update the app so we can make all the usual choices. Better yet just add a couple bucks to your already expensive prices instead of making a strange business decision like this. You have around 40 locations in AZ, business can’t be that bad…
We chose this Barro’s to host our football team two consecutive Saturdays after traveling up from Tucson to play. Managers John and Vicky were amazing. We called in a couple days before and they were able to host about 65-75 players and parents both times. Pizzas were ready and placed for us as we arrived. Great pizza- great salads- and great staff. They bent over backwards for us and the team gatherings went perfect! Thank you Barro’s. I wish there was one in Tucson.
