Contribuisci feedbackHorrible service. Came here at 5 pm June 9th. Made us wait 5-6 mins to take the order when there was no one ahead of us. Then they took the wrong order, collected the payment, then asked us to wait out front. We waited till 5:25 pm at 100+ degree temperature. When I went back in and asked for a refund, the order was still not ready. Got the refund and asked for the refund receipt, and I answered rudely that why do you need a refund receipt, you got your money back . The question is who pays for 30 mins of wasted time and fuel and no food at the end .
Not the cleanest, or friendliest, this is not my favorite location. Seems a lot of troubled people come to this one. Not awful, but could use friendlier employees, also my fries were kinda cold, undercooked.
This BK is bad. Customer service here is rough to say the least. Tell me how I can show you proof of an online order, the charge made to my account already, yet because your system isn't showing the order, you are unable to fulfill my paid order. Also, don't ask a customer to park in front to have order brought out, and then never come out there! Just a horrible overall visit!!
The chicken fries that I ordered were cold, hard, and fell apart they were so dry. The fountain drink machine was not calibrated correctly and the staff just talked loudly about they want to go swimming later. Very disappointed
Was in the drive-thru for what felt like forever, was told to hold, to which I replied no problem . I figured the car in front of me had ordered quite a large order. A different person finally came to take my order (2 of the same items) had to ask again what I wanted, didn 't seem like they knew how to ring it up and gave me my total. Pulled around to see the same SUV in front of me that was ordering when I pulled in. Waited at least another 10 minutes before they eventually drove off with nothing and I followed.
