Chicago Gyros - Glendale

We called in our regular kebab order and picked it up as usual. Once we got home, we realized we had received gyros instead of kebabs. When we called to address the mix-up, they insisted that we had ordered incorrectly. We offered to return to pick up the right order, but a minute later they called us back to reiterate that it was our mistake and they had documented the order correctly, so it was not their issue. When we arrived at the restaurant, they continued to argue with us about who was right. We expressed our disbelief at their treatment, but they were unyielding and continued to dispute the situation. It was utterly astounding! As a district manager for a large restaurant company, I can assure you that we would never tolerate arguing with a customer.

This is an amazing restaurant! The food is consistently fantastic, and the service is very family-friendly. If you visit, you absolutely must try their generous gyros, chicken kebabs, and hummus—honestly, everything is delicious. They also offer a kids' menu, which is great if you're unsure what your child would enjoy in a Greek restaurant. I come here often and have never left feeling disappointed. I highly recommend checking it out!

This restaurant is fantastic! The customer service is wonderful, and I'm so glad to see that there are still family-owned restaurants serving delicious food. The portions are generous, especially the gyros pita. Their homemade tzatziki sauce is incredible too. I will definitely be returning!
