Chipotle Mexican Grill - Glendale

For a bite and fill out some paperwork for court. even if we came in shortly before the lunch break and didn't give us time to make space. that was nice to eat, if you need to use the bathroom, you need to ask for a door lock code.

2nd time I've placed an online order and didn't get the food I ordered from this location. The floors are filthy. Will be the last time I order here.

Well I absolutely love Chipotle's food. I think that it's one of the healthiest foods out there in general. But I have to say I'm disappointed about the lack of customer service at this location. The staff was short, rude and inattentive. When I asked for something it was like asking them for gold! It reminded me of a teenager who was asked to do chores! Why? This place should be a place of respect and servitude. No that the should be bowing down. But don't act like I just ran over your cat when I ask for something, especially as minimal as a lid for my bowl. Jeez... I also saw a girl walk in and ask where her meal was since it was not on the shelf, the cashier barely looked her way, then grab a bag from the counter and held it out in front of the girl without saying a word or even confirming if it was the correct order. So sad. Need to teach customer service skills here. Just sayin

Y’all too expensive now to be forgetting items in my bag but don’t forget to charge me for it. Like wtf… the employees just fix online orders first so you wait 10 minutes while the other employees goof off and flip each other off. Then the black girl tried to give me a dirty lid for my bowl, no ma’am, I will need a new one thank you… I’m so annoyed. Between Popeyes and chipotle idk who’s worse. Haha

Do not order a pick up order here! Our salads weren't even covering the bottom layer of the bowl. An absolute joke. I've tried calling customer service several times to just get disconnected. I've also tried using the online customer service agents and wasted my time once again with just being disconnected. Do better.
