Contribuisci feedbackI have to say, I really love the food and drinks at this establishment. Normally, even on busy nights, I only have to wait about 10 minutes at most. However, when I ordered an iced coffee—just an iced coffee—it took a staggering 40 minutes for my order to arrive! There were four staff members working, but they all seemed to lack any sense of urgency. The line was out the door, with people waiting for their food, and yet they took their time as if it were a leisurely evening. Having worked in fast food during my teenage years, I understand how crucial it is to move quickly during busy periods. Unfortunately, these staff members seemed completely unaware of the situation and lacking in urgency. Someone really needs to be on the floor to delegate tasks if these young workers can’t manage it themselves. Waiting over an hour for an iced coffee is simply unacceptable!
Additionally, one person in our group ordered a scoop of ice cream with churro bits and a side of chocolate syrup for $4.50. When I ordered the same, I was charged $8.50. After showing her my friend's receipt as proof, she insisted that my friend's price was also a mistake and that I was correctly charged $8.50. The manager continued to say that the prices displayed on the overhead menu were incorrect, claiming that the printed menus listed the true prices. Overall, the manager's attitude was not very customer-friendly, and as a result, we have decided not to return to this restaurant.
I visited for the first time at 10:00 PM on November 3rd, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The employee who answered my questions seemed dismissive, as if I were a frequent visitor. She rolled her eyes and sighed when I opted to skip the tip option. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of urgency from the staff while they were preparing the desserts.
We had the boba and churros, and both were delightful. The brown sugar milk tea was sweet with a nice hint of tanginess. Although the churros took a little while to prepare, they were both crispy and generous in size. We’ll definitely be returning! Food rating: 4/5.
Since this establishment changed its name and seemingly came under new management, it has deteriorated significantly. The staff was rude, and the manager/owner displayed an incredibly disrespectful attitude. He rolled his eyes and refused to acknowledge the problems with cleanliness and product quality in his business. To make matters worse, he treated his employees poorly in front of customers, which I find to be extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for his staff. I would never return to this restaurant; I spend too much money there for such a lack of service and quality. The owner/manager has a lot to learn about proper restaurant management and seriously needs to reflect on his behavior. If I could give a rating of zero, I would!
