Cold Stone Creamery - Glendale

This restaurant should receive a rating of zero across the board. It is frustrating when items that are available on-site are not available for online orders, especially when the store is not closed. This has happened numerous times when I have tried to order from this company, no matter where I order from. The smoothie is always the issue. Personally, I find Cold Stone to be unpleasant, but my husband enjoys this place. However, this will be the final straw for both of us.

On December 27th, 2023. The brown haired girl, that had her hair pulled in a pony tail. Seemed to be miserable. She was working around 9:30pm, almost gave us next to no interaction. Or response to questions asked. My girlfriend had to ask her multiple times if she could put caramel in her ice cream, Instead of fudge. And continuously had to repeat herself. Than the girl muttered and said that she hated her job. The interaction was absolutely the epitome of customer service. And almost ruined a Perfect night. Will never go back because of this. Please hire people of a different caliber. This is not the kind of service I expected from this sort of establishment.

The ice cream as always is good. First time trying the mango pineapple smoothy, I love it, not to sweet, just perfect ?. They have poor service, because even though we were the only ones there, the lady was rushing us for our order and she is definitely not friendly at all.

We had amazing service from Sasha this afternoon! When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help or suggestions. She made our ice cream right away and it was perfect! Thanks again Sasha!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered coffee ice cream and sweet cream ice cream in a Love It size with Kit Kat topping. I specified that I wanted the Kit Kat mixed into both ice creams separately, as I've always done for the past 15 years at Cold Stone. However, the staff member named Cristal informed me that she couldn't accommodate the request and only added the Kit Kat on top. Considering the high prices and the fact that I've never had this issue before, I found this to be frustrating. I will not be returning to this location.
