El Pollo Loco - Glendale

Uses the coupons: two meals for $10.99 and 8 pieces for $10. The chicken in the two-part meal was dry and older pcs. but tasteful. The sides of beans, rice and salad were phenomena! Make sure you have extra salsas for them are very good. When I opened the containers with the chicken, I thought, Oh, my God, what little pieces! However, due to the taste and quality of the chicken it was filled and tasteful. I recommend you if you didn't try El Pollo Loco. The young man in the drive-thru was polite and professional. The manager with the bleached reddish hair, stood behind this employee and shined at him and pretended to be disturbed by the customers. Love the food!!!

First time eating here. Chicken nachos were decent. I ordered a shrimp Baja taco. It was ice cold. I ordered unsweet tea and it was older than a day. I had to throw the tea out. I would try it again only because maybe it was an off day. Just not that impressed.

I ate half of my burrito then realized it had no shredded beef so I went back to the restaurant And told them my burrito had no shedded beef they took it and said it does have shedded beef I asked for it back and they gave me a little carton only filled with rice and beans no shredded beef ridiculous and then I asked for the corporate office number then the lady said she didn?t have it this is the second time they messed up but I didn?t call it in the first time to let them know what was wrong won?t be returning back to this location unless they make it right and corporate contacts me cause I asked for the corporate office number and she said she didn?t have it I didn?t know restaurants could be so stingy with food when they were in the wrong she must of been having a really bad day or something

The chicken was over cooked so bad that it was dry and hard without the skin??. The rice was just as dry with no type of flavor. The beans were tasty! The tortilla's were nice and hot. I felt as if I was at Moly's donut shop in the movie Friday...order food and tell them to hold the flies ..smh

2nd disappointment in a month, I do not know What is going on in this location but we usually love the salad and bowls but tonight ordered 2 carbon taco combos and a nachos combo. The Tacos were skimpy on onions and cilantro, 1 as you can see from the pic was without anything and dry like it was old, the Nachos were soggy and the chicken was dry and hard like it was premade and reheated. The nachos were gross and got thrown away, we ate our tacos by adding veggies Avacado and salsa to mask the bland tasteless flavor. My wife and I will not be trying anything new their again and we will be hard pressed to come back at all vary disappointed... If any of you find these pics appetizing feel free to go and enjoy yourself, for us this food was subpar to say the least.
