Frida Americana Glendale

The brunch does not include mimosas or any drinks, except for coffee. I don’t think it’s worth the price. The mariachi was enjoyable, but I don’t plan to return.

I am thrilled to have discovered Frida Mexican Restaurant at the Americana in Glendale. The service is outstanding—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Having grown up in Mexico City with parents who had a passion for good food, I've often struggled to find a truly authentic Mexican restaurant. Frida brings back memories of a high-quality dining experience in Mexico City.

Went to Frida's on a Friday night for a date, had a reservation through open table. Looked like a moderate walk in crowd so I would suggest the reservation. The accommodated us being a little bit late, which was nice although I called ahead to let them know. We sat outside and despite a colder temperature there was plenty of heaters to make it comfortable. The margaritas were excellent, along with the guacamole, and the rib eye tacos. I would definitely come back to this restaurant.
