Hungry Howie's Pizza - Glendale

Normally, no problems and the pizza is good. Tonight, on the other hand, I have dissatisfaction. I pick up my pizza get home and they did not put sesame on the crust. I was looking forward to that specialty crust! SO, I called to tell them my let down. All the girl would say was she was sorry. AND THAT IS ALL SHE COULD DO. Whatever. 2 stars is more like it, but I was hungry, HOWIE!!!

Always great service, very professional crew on shift,45 min for delivery, it's ther in 20 minutes better than the other places will.not change for pizza,or cheese bread

Update:Despite this oh I 'm so sorry response from Hungry Howies, 2 weeks later I still have YET to hear from anyone about this situation. Doesn 't surprise me. Go figure where employees learn BAD customer service...all the way from the top! This place is THE WORST waited an hour for burnt pizza only to be told since my young starving children took some out they cannot remake it or give a refund. Ask for Mgr this young kid says she 's the shift Mgr and refused to give her name said she didn 't need to give it. I hardly ever to reviews but the owner of this Hungry Howies needs to be aware of the rude, immature, unprofessional, kids working there. They have zero knowledge of customer service or being the face of a company. By far THE worst service I 've ever experienced.

Most of the time their pizza sub I get are spot on, but lately, it's been overcooked.
