Contribuisci feedbackI was attempting to complete a drive-thru order when I was informed that I had to go inside because the drive-thru register was down. I understand that the headsets are cordless, so they could easily process my transaction at one of the other two registers in the lobby. It seems like the staff were just too lazy to walk an extra 10 feet. Seriously?!
Don’t come here ! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and they forgot my fries so I went and the wanted a receipt which I never received from the drive thru ! Got my fries that I payed for so I go back home and I see my daughters cheese burger had NO MEAT inside literally just cheese and buns ? Don’t get me started with my cherry coke soda that taste like water ??
In my lifetime experiences probably one of the worst Jack in the boxes I've ever been to four times they've gotten my order wrong and once I've gotten food poisoning from it when I eat their breakfast tray in the evening. Well since the last review I've spoke to the manager they've compensated me a little bit from my troubles because they saw the review now I go in tonight order my burger same way I do every time it's a special order of course first time I go in they put something on it that I'm allergic to I go back in tell them I only want three condiments on it and it's a junior bacon cheeseburger they then take the bacon and the cheese off of it and just give me plain burger with three condiments that I requested horrible training portable customer service not to mention that when I walked into the restaurant Jocelyn the team leader for the night when I asked the cashier for the to use restroom Jocelyn chimed in and said oh no you have to purchase something before I can allow you to use the restroom I don't know how they do it out here but this isn't the way they do it in California obviously they do something wrong here they do not train their people in customer service corporate office you should be ashamed of this store.
There would be 0 stars if I could. I think the name was kelly. so rude to the car in front of me the girl said to kelly I asked about the meal and kelly said that not what she asked, but scream .and the girl has nothing against paying for the difference in price and kelly said that we didn't run what she said so because she was already the next autos order, which she would argue back on me and four she would not understand
My experience at Cassian's was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt very unrefined, and the staff seemed unprofessional and lacking in training. I wouldn't recommend this place; it's best to steer clear of it.
