Johnny Rockets Restaurant - Glendale

This was probably one of the worst experiences ever, especially on father?s day. The hostess was not welcome at all, she looked angry, and our server took at least 15-20 minutes to even notice that we were sitting. He never came by to check us out and give us our food and reception. Then it took 30 minutes to realize that I was ready to pay because he did not pay attention to his tables. Can I? ve went without paying and no one would? ve noticed because they don't care for their customers. Absolutely terrible service.

So last week I went to a Johnny rocket at AZ Mills and they had terrible service, good.. These Johnny Rockets never dissappoints they have amazing customer service! The staff is super friendly and even with my complicated order they were super patient with me about it. Definitely recommend to come to this place her food is amazing!

My son turned 16 and took this place. I wasn't here in about 9 years and I'm vegetarian now. I was glad to see options for me, the Boca Soy Burger and Impossible Pattie that we are available and expensive high. I and 3 children ate and spent $60. Only three people for a drink. The burgers got both smaller and the part for the pommes. I feel we paid more than the food was worth. We got a milkshake before the food came and it was already watery when it was delivered. The food came about 15 minutes later. The restaurant was clean, but not welcome. There were no customers in the building. We were not greeted. It seemed like they were in the process of closing. The person who took our order was friendly and attentive, but the overall experience was not good. I wish we had gone somewhere else. We probably won't return.

Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed! It is disgusting, I have not disturbed to take photos of the disgusting baths, as there are reviews that go back to this topic the amount of dirt is disappointing when considering that you pay an average of $14 for a burger and frieze that don't write anything at home about them are equal to a Carls Jr. Actually Carls Jr is better.

22$!!???? Outside furniture and windows are so disgusting im literally sick to my stomach. This place is a dump! Holy hell staff just came out of the restroom wo washing his hands!!!!
