Kfc - Glendale

I couldn't locate my receipt, so I thought I'd leave a review instead. I've visited this location twice through the drive-thru at different times—once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times, my food was incredibly fresh and delicious! Additionally, the cashier was quick and friendly; keep up the excellent work! Oh, and I'm not sure if the boxes come pre-packaged, but both times, I received two cookies with my order.

I was welcomed by Arturo, who also took my order. He was very friendly, and the service was impressively fast. The restaurant was spotless, and the temperature inside was just right. My order was accurate and delicious; the chicken was fresh and warm, just as it should be. I typically don't enjoy coleslaw, but I really liked theirs. Overall, I believe this is the first Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant I've visited that was clean, handled my order correctly, and served chicken I truly enjoyed. So I definitely approve of this location!

My husband attempted to call this location but couldn't get through; the phone line was constantly busy, almost as if the phone had been unplugged. When we arrived and wanted to order the 8-piece Family Fill Up for $20.00, the total came to an unexpected $38.64. I pointed out that this wasn't right, and when the so-called manager came over, he claimed that the price was only applicable for online orders. However, the menu didn't mention anything about it being for online orders only. It was clear he didn't want to honor the menu special. We will not be returning to this location or any other. It shouldn't be difficult to clarify the terms of a special on the menu! I'm very disappointed with the service while trying to order dinner for my family and me. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Went through drive thur Gentleman very nice. I order a 4 piece with mash potatoes and a biscuit, added mac and cheese. Came to 15.41. Got home took out the box and my meal fell out through the bottom of the box, landed on the floor. Biscuit was crumbled. Mash potatoes and gravy, and mac and cheese containers opened up, my chicken skin came off and chicken was just coming off the bone. Was so upset. I called them 7 to 8 times first two times seem like I got hung up on, the other 5 times just busy. Gave an option to text so I did. Still no response. I call again tomorrow see how it goes.

So last time i ate here i got food poisoning from the Nashville hot tenders, so i decided to take a break from them. That was a few months ago, now lastnight I picked up a family meal we all ate and in the middle of the night we're struck by food poisoning again. Idk what yall got going on but that was the last time for me.
