Arrived at location 25 minutes after placing order to find they were not using the online order hot box thing where I would enter a code to receive my food. Instead waited an additional 15 minutes for my food while watching people who were ordering their food at the counter receive the orders right away. Was very disappointed. I could have ordered in person if I knew it was going to be faster but this was ridiculous. Very unhappy
Had to order from diffrent location due to fact it was taking 1 and half still had to wait got home and notice pizza wasn't cut poor customer service
They won't answer the phone. I forgot to mention an allergy in the app, and it should be a simple fix, but I've called five times and they refuse to pick up. If they’re in the restaurant, they should be able to answer the phone. It feels like they are forcing me to waste my money. This is unacceptable. If you provide a phone number, you have a responsibility to respond.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The pizza was undercooked and had no cheese or sauce. I would not recommend going there. It took 15 minutes for our water to arrive, and I wouldn't even feed this food to my dogs.
I often find that my orders are either messed up or the pizzas aren't made properly. I had high hopes for what was supposed to be an amazing pepperoni and chocolate supreme pizza. Unfortunately, there was only one teenager taking orders at the front, while there were ten people waiting in line to pick up their orders.
