Olive Garden Italian - Glendale

I found the food quality and prices at this location to be unworthy of the visit. The wait time for seating was about 15-20 minutes, which isn't too bad for an evening dinner. Our server was friendly, but she seemed overwhelmed and didn't have enough support to manage her tables effectively. It was frustrating to receive our appetizers 30 minutes before even getting a glass of water. When your plate is hotter than the food served on it, that says something. To top it off, we got the unlimited breadsticks, a second round of salad or soup, and a wine sample only at the end of the meal, just when we were ready to pay. I can't recommend this location and have no desire to return.

In America, we've made it our mission to put our own spin on Italian cuisine. Surprisingly, this often means adding a lot of heavy cream! A special shout-out to our waiter, Jonathan—he was fantastic!

I should have known better than to order takeout on Valentine's Day. It took an hour longer than the scheduled pickup time to receive my order. Olive Garden really needs to improve their text notification system for takeout. If the food isn’t ready when the text is sent, it shouldn’t be sent at all. It was incredibly frustrating. On the bright side, they don’t charge your card until you receive your food. Unfortunately, they forgot to include my drink, but I didn’t want to go inside to retrieve it because the line for takeout was absurdly long. I couldn’t even park in the designated takeout spot. I really commend the servers and chefs for handling such a busy day. However, if Olive Garden could fix the text notification issue, it would greatly reduce customer frustration.

The staff is customer friendly, checking your table regularly if you need anything else. If the serving is substantial, they offer take out.

The waitress was very attentive and made sure to keep our drinks and bread sticks filled.
