Rubio's Coastal Grill - Glendale

It's Impossible! The impossible burrito, bowl, and salad are here! I can't eat Beyond, (it doesn't agree with me) so I was very excited to hear the Impossible was making a showing at Rubios. The presentation is spot on, and the flavor is amazing! They seasoned it perfectly! It doesn't taste fake or tacked on like Del Tacos beyond ground. I am in love! I now have another place that I can go eat without killing an animal.

UPDATE: I'm still a big fan of this place and it's still awesome! ???????? They got these super cool keto tortillas which is basically melted cheese tortillas. And corn tortillas which I really like since my family doesn't like gluten. fill them up with whatever protein is your favorite. I like the fish or the shrimp. Go on taco Tuesdays because it's a really good value!

This place is awesome, they always make really good food and I really appreciate all the hard work. Big shout out to Aaron for holding it down and for showing me the new offers, Baja Caesar salad was a great suggestion!

I used to love going here but the last two times I have gone to this location and the one on Bell Road and 75th ave, I've had to return the food. The fish tacos just don't taste fresh. They have a very distinct fishy taste and smell, which I had never encountered in the last 10 years that I have been going to this location. Honestly, with the new changes we are unable to call in orders. I think less food is going out now because of the change, they are serving bad/ spoiled fish. The quality has gone down.

They have some great flavors. The fish tacos were great and not over cooked. The staff were great and love the salsa bar too. Tuesday is taco specials and even some fish taco specials
