Contribuisci feedbackWhen I returned, they gave me an overcooked, extremely brown pretzel that was clearly cooked for too long. I couldn't help but feel that they did it on purpose because I had complained and the item was being replaced for free. This kind of attitude displayed by restaurant employees is concerning, as it suggests they may sabotage food if they are upset or having a bad day. I will now have to make the effort to drive in the opposite direction to visit a different Sonic location. Based on the reviews, this particular Sonic has a reputation for consistently poor service, and it seems that things are only getting worse at this location. Despite being a customer for over 20 years, I will have to reconsider my loyalty to this establishment.
This place is awesome, great food and drinks. I don't really want to say anything negative about this restaurant, so here it comes. My only complaint is the hotdogs (coneys) are left on the roller grill far past the time they should be and are still severed to customers. The one I got looked more like a green slim jim then a hotdog.
So we got 2 kids meals and they gave us one toy. Do you know the turmoil that creates for all of us!?Also got a chicken tender dinner which comes with toast, tots onion rings. We got 1 single onion ring. AND they checked 3 times what dipping sauce we wanted and never even gave it to us!Although they did give us an extra drink which nobody ordered.Facepalm the whole thing
They have really good breakfast burritos. the drink options are incredible. icy is really good. food: 4/5
This is a Doozy-My tatertots with cheese that has hardly helped fill the container. it was difficult to find stall number so my online order was quite frustrating. To solve this, I would paint the number for the stall on the pole with the screens. we were finally able to finish our order by the app, but after the payment we realized that we should indicate that the 2 ice cream cone we ordered must be in tassen for our children. we had a rather difficult and time-consuming attitude that tried to understand the girl what we tried to do. 1. she read our order back to make sure we talked about the right order. we confirmed it was our job. then she began to stumble over her words and say that she could not find our order so that we would have to set up a new order. she had confirmed it less than a minute ago. at this point my man and I were super confused and frustrated because the girl did not make any sense. I literally told her we just start fresh. only a new order for 2 ice combs in tassen. she had no idea what that meant. the whole thing was ridiculous and there is no possibility that the girl would have been sober. at the end, she made someone else help her with the order and we could be on the way. that was too much stress for 2 eiskrem cones.
