Sonic Drive-In - Glendale

???????????????????? I love love love sonic! The pretzels and grill cheese are my favorite! I get so excited when it's happy hour cause I can get what ever I want at 1/2 the price like a route 44 Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper!! The service is always OUTSTANDING, and even when it's not happy hour, the prices are just right! Thanks Sonic for always making sure I'm 100% Happy when I leave! I'd have to say that Sonic is the ONLY fast food I have EVER visited and I have NEVER had 1 complaint, EVER! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any time of the day and any type of appetite!

I only get one thing at Sonic, and that is their DQ Blizzard knockoffs, the Sonic Blast. As with their competitor, it's rare to get a well stocked ice cream treat that looks like the commercials. What you usually get is a cup of ice cream with a few pieces of candy on top. And, that's what I got here. And I waited for 15+ minutes for the item. My wife went a day earlier and got the best-filled Blast she's ever had. So it's clearly dependent on who's working, and when. The staff who brought the treat out was very nice, and asked if we needed napkins or anything else. So it's really no different than any other Sonic, you roll the dice and hope for the best.

The person (KAYLA OR ALISHA) taking food orders for the drive in/sit in stall was very rude and rushed our entire order barely giving us a chance to even order/answer. When We tried to ask and clarify why she kept rushing us which is why she couldn?t hear our responses. She responded with well, I hear two voices. She heard two voices because for some reason she kept rushing my husband and I got upset and repeated what my husband originally was trying to order but she couldn?t stop rushing/forcing us to order our next item to even listen to what we actually ordered. I don?t understand the attitude when she had all the time in the world to decide when she wanted to answer our stall and take our food order. There is a button for a reason correct? Moses (carhop) on the other hand gave us great customer service within the few minutes of bringing our food, which goes to show it?s not hard to do. Food was not great, but this location explains it.

This location was decent and the carhop that serviced me was a young Hispanic possibly Native American young lady who had a fantastic personality and great smile. She made change for me as well as bringing my order rapidly out to me, hot and fresh. I got plenty of strawberries in my strawberry slush Which I definitely appreciate it sometimes not all the sonics do that. I was in and out within minutes after placing the order online which was super easy.

Would love to say I got anything. Instead of pulling up to a spot I went to the drive thru. Waited in front of the menu for 4-5 minutes and nobody responded or tried to take my order. I was subsequently ignored. Pulled through a second time after eventually getting ahold of someone inside after hollering at an employee to get someone's attention. They said they would get ahold of the manager. Subsequently sat in front of the menu for another 4-5 minutes without my order being taken. Never coming back here.
