Starbucks - Glendale

The lack of urgency along with the lack of customer service has moved my coffee purchases elsewhere. I have to say the coffee taste better and the atmosphere isn't high school drama. My decision came when a manager choose gossip from a customer over helping customers out. She even got herself comfortable before having them start the story. Meanwhile customers were lining up to order had to wait for story time to be over.

They have the absolute kindest staff. I have had countless positive experiences here. My drinks have always been made accurately and taste amazing. I prefer to come to this one despite having two Starbucks closer to me. Worth the drive for good customer service.

Dark Chocolate Grahams use to be 2.25 a week later 4.25, called three other locations along on 67th ave other store prices 2.25 and 2.35. Waiting for call back from Howard Schutz CEO office. What I was informed from Starbucks Customer Service Dept this location is franchise owned this location isnt alined with Corp own stores pricing. Almost 100% price increase for two chocolate gram crackers.

Moved here 6 months ago, this Starbucks has helped me get comfortable with Arizona. They remember my name and even ask how to spell it for the order! Andrew is amazing! Such a hard worker! So is everyone else, they really put so much effort in what they do and it really shows. By far my favorite Starbucks.
