Lefty's Cheesesteaks - Glendale(patton)

Haven't tried the food yet, this is for the employee that is working on 4/26 morning shift. She's holding it down all by herself. Went in with a lunch order for an office. She was able to knock that 6 item order out, help the customers in shop, all while keeping a great attitude. Retail is rough especially when you're understaffed. Great job and hopefully the food is just as good as the service!

I 've ordered here before with Postmates and everything was pretty good. This time I 've decided to order through the website and do a local pickup. It shows when it 's supposed to be ready to pickup via internet. So once it said it was ready I left my house which took another 10 mins. Once I got here I told the worker my name. She just said it 's not ready! And walked away quickly. I didn 't even have the chance to ask what a rough eta was. So Now I just sat for another 20 mins and the other worker asked if I ordered yet. I said yes directly through the website. They both seem confused. Obviously they didn 't even start on it yet. So either this operation system is off or they 're overwhelmed. I don 't completely blame the workers but more of management for not training properly or leaving these workers with to much work by themselves. The floors are also dirty in here, probably because they 're to busy to clean because they 're making food. Also they 're running out of everything which would also be managements fault. So to whoever runs this franchise needs to step up and figure things out.

Took a chance and made the drive.... Regretted it. EVERYTHING inside was dirty! Floors,Tables,Windows,even the plastic tray that holds the straws and cup caps had crud and stains!! The straws aren't even in paper.. they're just open will all that nastiness for you to put in your cup and mouth when you use them. Had to go to my car to get a straw to avoid that. So here's the food situation; They we're out of steak and had to make more. 30 minutes later our food came up with 4 other people waiting that were there longer than us. Food wasn't half bad itself... But the sanitation issues and over all experience was really bad. Really bad. Hard pass on future visits. Good luck with your business.

Really good cheesesteaks. The meat is tender and flavorful. I love the red pepper relish stuff that you can get on top.

Got a lefty's cheesesteak, overall satisfied the craving. Meat and cheese was pretty darn good. It might be a tad over seasoned, but by far the best I have had in the area. The bread, unfortunately, was straight BUNK, like the worst version of a airy dry white bread loaf possible... but the plentiful cheesesteak filling made up for what the bread lacked.
