I made two orders because while waiting for my first order I decided I 'd like to add friesNo one came to the window, so I ordered in the app. When she came to the window she asked if I wanted hot sauce, and I answered yes, lots of the hot . I then told her I added fries to my order and asked if she 'd use ne to drive back around because there was a few cars behind me and she said no . I asked her if the fries were hot explaining I would be driving a minute before I aye and she said they were just made. I drove around the corner and tried the fries, and they were cold, so I went back thru and asked for hot ones. She said the ones I had had just been made, but got a fresh order. Now my tacos ate cold and I still had a minute to drive. I got to where I was going and started to get my food ready to eat and saw there were no hot sauce at all! So I ended up eating two if my cold tacos with no sauce and warm fries !
My mobile order was completely messed up, they forgot a bunch of items, and when I got home I noticed 2 veggie burritos were missing as well, but I have to say the young girl working there was very nice to me and helped me out alotI think moving forward they should double check the orders before they give it to the
Ordered inside even a ice tea a shake and a drink . They got it wrong 2 times and then to finish The bad service they served my ice tea with no ice .
I have never had a del Taco put so little cheese on a quesadilla. Also every tortilla was dried out or burned. I ordered a veggie burrito, a roll up and a cheese quesadilla. All of the tortillas were like saltine crackers, without the salt. They need a new cook badly.
Unfortunately, service was mediocre, and the food quality was subpar. The new Birria Ramen has no meat and was super salty. The Birria tacos were just OK. Definitely a drop in quality since the last visit two weeks ago.
