Jersey Crab Cajun Seafood Boil

The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, wish more people in Glendora were like him !

Ordered dinner from this place. Did not get 2 items. Called number on the receipt and was advised the missing items would be delivered shortly. An hour later no missing food, call again and was told the satellite store in Glendora advised everything went into the bag. The gal advised her manager would get back to me. Well another hour and no call.As to the food, the clams were chowder clams and being large were not flavorful and were chewy. The mussels were ok. The shrimp was ok as well. The boil, butter garlic was tasteless. Not worth the amount of money we spent. Cannot comment on the Cajun fries or sausage as we never got them.Cannot recommend.

I ordered a Combo C and for the money I paid for it, I was HIGHLY disappointed. They also DID NOT season my food, giving me plain broiled seafood in a bag. I will be going to a supermarket for half the price from now on.

We were craving seafood, and it's hard to find a place that's local and not mass produced chain food. We ordered two fried catfish sandwiches with Cajun fries, a fried shrimp basket with sweet potato fries, a combo that included snow crab, mussels, and scallops. The shrimp was so fresh tasting, with a nice, crisp texture. The cocktail sauce was good, not too spicy but complimentary to the shrimp. The catfish sandwiches were on a nice sized roll, with shredded lettuce and tomatoes. There was a sauce, but it didn't add much to the fish. A little zing might have been nice, but the fish itself was cooked well and tasted good. The real star was the steamed seafood. Everything was cooked so perfectly, it was seasoned with a delicious garlic butter sauce that we wanted to lick out of the bowl. The combo came with two decent sized potatoes, which were a nice vehicle to soak up the sauce with. There were also two pieces of corn good, but just corn. We also ordered crab bisque so good! Creamy and flavorful. There wasn't a ton of crab in it, but it had an excellent crab flavor. The only miss was the fries. We got delivery, and while there was a seriously generous portion of fries, they were super mushy and not very well seasoned. We will definitely order again. I think next time, we'll all take a chance on the combos.
