Taco Grill - Glendora

Ordered a 6 fish tacos and spent about 30. Wait was about 30 min. It sort of tasted like a lot of other meats mixed together but didn’t taste like fish. We thought maybe the grill was dirty.

Best tacos and burritos in Southern California. Maybe even in the entire state. And believe me...I drive everywhere in So Cal and have tried thousands of Mexican restaurants.

I waited over 45 minutes while others were served. After observing several customers receive their orders, I asked the staff about mine. It turns out they served someone who had just walked in. When I inquired again, the staff member told me my order would be ready in five minutes. However, I overheard the cook, who seemed to be the only one working, making snide comments about how long my order was taking. He responded to my query with a rude and condescending tone, indicating that he only had two hands to work with and that my concerns were unwarranted. It became evident that they were selectively polite to certain customers while neglecting others. I was left waiting for over an hour, while those who came in after me were served promptly. I questioned the staff about the delay yet again, and the cook's rude demeanor only heightened my frustration. I couldn't believe how disrespectfully he spoke to me; it’s unacceptable for a customer to be treated like that. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. If you’re considering dining here, I would strongly advise against it. There are much better options available, like Tony’s Tacos. After this experience, I couldn’t even trust that the food would be made properly. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cook had ill intentions after how he treated me. I requested a refund, but I am unsure if they will process it—I'll find out tomorrow. Please choose your dining locations carefully; no one deserves to be treated poorly, especially for simply asking about their food. I left feeling disheartened by how some customers are treated today, which is precisely why I prefer to cook at home. I’ve never encountered such rudeness in any dining establishment before, and until I experienced it firsthand, I never imagined it could happen.

I stopped by for lunch today and ordered the chicken flautas to go. While I was waiting for my food, I had a nice chat with Sarah. The service was friendly and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. If you're in a hurry, make sure to call ahead to place your order! 10/10!
