I have visited the Narkoojee cellar door in Glengarry twice now and have been impressed both times. It is located about 40 minutes away from Sale, but only 15 minutes from the city center of Traralgon (approximately 2 hours from Melbourne CBD). After enjoying a tasting at the cellar door, my friend and I decided to have lunch there as well.

We received extremely positive feedback from all attendees of our event held at Weinberg on the outskirts. The quality of the food was exceptional. It's rare to experience such a high standard at a function of this size - the roast was perfectly cooked, and the coffee was just right. The selection of salads and beautifully roasted carrots were also outstanding. The service staff were attentive and on point - my water never went empty, and my napkin was always properly folded when I left my seat. There was nothing to fault!

This restaurant is amazing! The chefs constantly refresh the menu and try out some very interesting pairings that usually work well. This place has become a favorite spot for me during summer and lazy Sunday afternoons. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the day, especially when accompanied by a glass of chardonnay from the nearby Narkoojee winery. The picturesque landscape really highlights all that Gippsland has to offer.

Stand out Italian inspired menu that is very well executed. The kitchen understands the Italian pallette of flavours and menu logic. Very consistent.
