The Glen Cafe - Glenluce

We had the big munchie box meal takeaway took about ten minutes wait but it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend and look forward to gracing their doorstep again.

This place is brilliant! We ate here late Saturday night and the food was brilliant. Staff were so kind and helpful. Food was served quickly and it tasted really good. We will be returning later on in the week as service, food and staff are excellent!

We where supposed to be staying in Newton Stuart but due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up in Glenluce. We had driven 500 miles and It was late and we were wet and cold. We headed straight for the glen cafe and the people were very welcoming and polite. We asked if we needed to book and with that they invited us in straight away to be seated. Our order was taken promptly and our food arrived promptly and piping hot. I ordered the chicken and haggis,my wife had the fish and chips and my daughter had the burger and chips. All was lovely. The chicken was cooked well and moist and the haggis was soft and tasty. We are going back for lunch one day this week and try their cake selection. I can not fault them and would highly recommend. Thank you again for a lovely meal and evening.

5 stars well deserved the food was fantastic and the staff were very polite and even though it was busy the girls always made sure we were enjoying our meal. Will definitely be back
