Dunkin' - Glenmont

Pre ordered on Dunkin app and walked in to pick up at gas station combination location. Coffee was prepared, sandwich was not, due to croissant shortage. Substitute order was placed and as expected... Nice afternoon coffee and breakfast sandwich. Parking: Parking lot is at gas station Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

I came here about a year ago, and it was so bad that I assumed there would be forced change in the near future. I was so surprised to drive through there this morning and see that absolutely nothing has changed. It's almost as if their ordering comms have been broken for an entire year. They can't understand you or the order and act super rude and annoyed by the customer, having to repeat the order several times. There were like 10 employees just standing around the window talking and chewing food while handling MY kids' food. The same rude manager is even still there!!! Go to McDonalds lol. It's bad. I was sitting there thinking how many DD employees does it take to pour a black coffee? Forget the lightbulb !
