Mint - Glens Falls

We came to Minze expect amazing food and what we received was sub par (very reconsidered duck and lack of pleasure everything else) service and ambience were delightful. It was very busy so that one night could have gone. it will try again in a quiet night.

The food was very good. Although portion sizes were too small for the price. Something eaten by service with constant interruptions.

Almost a really good restaurant: The only problems were the tendency to overcoat, oversauce, or overcook. For example, we have a dozen beautiful oysters with a really delicious topping, calculated as a Ceviche style, but the oysters were buried in it. My wife got scallops, and the sauce was really delicious, but there was too much of it and her scallops (and my salmon) were overcooked a touch. The dessert was excellent, service was great, pretty good small wine and drinks list, and they have beautiful impressionistic paintings throughout the restaurant. So it was pleasant and I recommend Mint. I think there are only some refinements necessary.

Excellent and attentive staff. Salmon special was out of this world! Will definitely be returning!

Service was excellent, as was the food great to see a restaurant like this in Glens Falls!
