There is hardly anything on the shelves, and there is only one worker no matter what time of day. The self checkouts are outdated and ring up very slowly. They are still using the same self checkout system that was in place before Covid. It seems like they are just trying to make as much money as possible, and it's really starting to show.
The cupcakes were not fresh ! It was disappointing?
I cannot give a full 5 stars because I am only rating for curbside pickup, and communication via text during ordering has been lacking. The customer service is not up to standard. However, so far it has been okay as my main priorities are 1) receiving quality items, and 2) being on time for pick-up. I had to stop ordering from the Waterworks location because they consistently gave me poor quality produce, even after I requested freshness in the comments section. I have not had any issues with the quality at the Shaler location so far.
First visit to the pharmacy was fine. No issues, smooth sailing. Second visit the gentleman working was so nonchalant and lack luster. As if I was bothering him by being there. It's definitely hit or miss. I wouldn't make it a point to come back to this location.
