Primo Hoagies - Glenside

This is my favorite spot! I love the people here, especially Jackie—she's the best. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the customer service is outstanding.

These hoagie are NOT your typical hoagie. First the rolls are custom-made delicious the Italian meats are freshest and the guys behind the counters are the nicest, Ever!

(Food was good service was just under good) Not sure if they were having a bad day if the employees were new but it wasn't the optimal experience the young man at the register was obviously new he didn't know didn't know how to operate it another lady came in they were unable to give a refund for something that they messed up also we were waiting for 15 minutes almost to get our food I'm not gonna rate them 5 stars or one star but everyone deserves a second chance the sandwich was good though. please no boiler plate response

I never ate from here, had to pick up an order for either Uber or Doordash) but the place was extremely clean and the people were super friendly. I'm lying, i did eat their rice pudding which was really good, a tad bit too much cinnamon for me but still a 9/10) but i never had a hoagie from there. Cleanliness: 15/10, Friendliness: 15/10, Wait time: 10/10

The locusts are excellent here, and the selection is great. However, I found it a bit frustrating that you automatically receive a sesame roll instead of a plain one unless you specifically ask for it. It's something you have to remember. The staff is friendly and generally quite quick with service. The sandwiches are generously portioned, and overall, it’s a nice place to eat.
