Contribuisci feedbackI've been purchasing pastries from this location for a while now. My last purchase included a berry tart with a fuzzy mold, which I discovered at home. I went to the location to get a refund, but the person behind the counter informed me they couldn't do anything without the manager's approval (who wasn't in). I left my phone number and asked them to contact me. I have not heard back from anyone, so I called them only to find out the manager is in at 2 pm. Again, I asked for a callback and a refund for a moldy pastry. Another day, and I'm still waiting... The fact that the manager didn't get back to me and ignored the situation upsets me more than a moldy tart. I'm not coming back to this location.
Their pastries and cakes are delicious. If you order coffee it’s a hit or miss so if you don’t want to be disappointed just don’t get it. They could work on their customer service. The least they could do is just try to be nice.
Pastries are always delicious as is the coffee. Came in around an hour before closing and the girl making the drinks misheard the cashier and made my coffee wrong and then seemed to have an attitude about remaking the right one. It tasted like pure milk the second time maybe she wash just having a bad day idk. Tons of seating very clean and parking is pretty good
It’s nice inside , spacious, lots of parking available outside, but the staff inside is not always friendly. And every time I go there I can’t understand why they automatically keep selecting tips option at cashier! I mean it’s not a restaurant or not a bakery where servers help you with selections. You have to go yourself and pick items. Nobody there answer or help you out with suggestions. Why we would need to tip you? Once I’ve asked someone there to help me, he said go there and pick stuff yourself. And when you approach to pay, they don’t even smile. Are they not happy to work there?Oh, and btw, they told me twice that cakes are baked and prepped in South Korea and shipped here, so they are not freshly baked. And also, they add Gelatins to their creams! So if you are seeking for Halal or Vegan options, it’s not the right place.Dietary restrictions: No vegan or halal options
This place attempts to throw off a premium vibe based off the looks of some pastries and their prices. But many display cases were empty, the fountain and condiments area was a mess, tables had left overs, and they serve you on paper plates...was I at a party? The service did not all come with a smile either. Atmosphere did not feel cozy nor comfotable when we had coffee and pastry. The pastry had a few dry spots where it crumbled. The matcha latte was pretty good though. Their coffee was very average, my kcup at home tastes better. And the mochi donut was soo greasy it left an oily feel at the back of our mouth, although the peppermint topping was its semi-saving grace.Im sure though they may have some very good cakes as we noticed people picking up cakes to bring home. But as per our experience, we wont be rushing back here any time soon.Parking: Shared parking as it is located in a strip mall area with other shops.
