Worst customer service we had to wait in line for like 25 min even when there is no customers cashier is very slow it’s not rocket science when you have to enter item using the POS. Lost patients and had to drop off all the food back coz of the worst service. Other employees without standing on the corners they could open up the second cashier
I just got there this morning to get a whole cake for my client. This two lady in the counter seems not ready to work. They’re not very friendly at all. As I ask for a cake they are chatting seems I disturb them so other lady shows being irritated rolling her eyes on me. I ask for a birthday note for a cake as she puts the cake in the counter, then she rolled her eyes again.A very nice greeting in the morning from this service crew. I am so disappointed on how they treated their customer. Are they there to work or to chat? To the manager please trained your employees to be polite.
I've been purchasing pastries from this location for a while now. My last purchase included a berry tart with a fuzzy mold, which I discovered at home. I went to the location to get a refund, but the person behind the counter informed me they couldn't do anything without the manager's approval (who wasn't in). I left my phone number and asked them to contact me. I have not heard back from anyone, so I called them only to find out the manager is in at 2 pm. Again, I asked for a callback and a refund for a moldy pastry. Another day, and I'm still waiting... The fact that the manager didn't get back to me and ignored the situation upsets me more than a moldy tart. I'm not coming back to this location.
Their pastries and cakes are delicious. If you order coffee it’s a hit or miss so if you don’t want to be disappointed just don’t get it. They could work on their customer service. The least they could do is just try to be nice.
