The Glenville Pioneer Grille

I wish I could share a more positive review, but it seems the restaurant is permanently closed. There are handwritten "closed" signs on all the doors. It's unfortunate because it seemed like a nice spot to enjoy a meal and a drink in its heyday.

The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional! I will definitely be returning!

The best cheeseburger and onion rings I’ve had in a long time! They use homemade patties, not pre-made ones. I definitely recommend it!

The shrimp boil was delicious, and the bread pudding was absolutely heavenly!

I dined at this restaurant on October 1, 2016. We arrived at 6:30 PM, but it took 30 minutes for our orders to be taken. Our food didn't arrive until an hour and a half later. There was no ketchup for the hamburgers and no butter for the baked potatoes. I would never return to this place. Just because it's conveniently located next to our hotel doesn't make it worth visiting!
