Co. Ranch House was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glenwood Springs!

My partner and I had an incredible dinner at this restaurant, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! We enjoyed the elk burger and bison steak, both of which were cooked to perfection! Our server, Gal, was fantastic—she was attentive, funny, and made our experience truly unforgettable. Much love to Gal!

I stopped by this restaurant during a road trip back to Phoenix. Given that Phoenix has some of the best dining options in the world, I tend to be a bit particular! However, this place exceeded my expectations! Matt provided exceptional service, and the food was outstanding. We began with the House Smoked Trout, which was so delicious that my husband chose the Ruby Red Trout as his main dish. I also tried his mashed potatoes, and I can confidently say they were the best I’ve ever had—kudos to the chef! I was in the mood for a burger, so on a recommendation, I ordered the CRH burger, and it was absolutely incredible! The Pinot Gris and Amber beer were perfect additions to our meal. This is a fantastic restaurant, and I will definitely return the next time we pass through Glenwood Springs! Give Matt and the chef a raise!

Absolutely fantastic! I savored every bite! It's the best steak I've had in years!
